Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped on the same business day.

Sale orders: Please allow up to 72 hours (2–3 business days) for processing before shipment.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order and does not include carrier transit time.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped through major carriers, including FedEx, UPS, or other available shipping providers.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate an investigation.

For delayed or missing shipments, we recommend contacting the carrier using your tracking information.

SMA7 Shops will assist with providing available shipment information when needed.

Local Orders

Customers in the Brandon, Pearl, and Jackson areas may be eligible for local pickup, meetups, or delivery.
